A dynamic growth leader with deep roots in mortgage, real estate, and home services, Jessica Fields brings a strategic edge and entrepreneurial spirit to every endeavor. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Frontdoor, where she led real estate, direct-to-consumer sales, and business development across the company’s portfolio—leveraging innovative go-to-market strategies and keen P&L management to scale revenue and transform customer experiences.

 

Prior to that, Jessica held multiple senior executive roles at Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Homes, where she shaped sales channels, partnerships, and business strategy in one of the nation’s most influential mortgage and real estate platforms. Her earlier career includes leadership in enterprise sales at International Bancard and B2B operations at Sears Commercial, giving her a rare blend of fintech, real estate, and corporate growth experience.

 

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in social science and an MBA in integrative management from Michigan State University, with additional studies at Albert-Ludwig University in Germany.
